Here is what’s new: Starting from today the ALPA 12 SWA comes in a new packaging with the Swiss Tool Mk II and an additional dove tail tripod adapter art.no. 410.000.330 for free.The interface for mounting the ALPA viewfinder and accessories features now a 3/8″ thread. This allows the mounting of the camera “upside-down” on a tripod without additional accessories for a rising back (= falling front or downwards shift) needed. The second change is the omission of the front locking mechanism. With its two independent levers each for the lens and back interface all ALPA bodies are constructed for a simple yet secure handling. The popularity of FPS Short Barrel 17 lenses and some combinations with tilt/swing adapters made us removing the additional front lock for a better compatibility with these combinations. Read More →
