With the arrival of our first Phase One IQ180 the first question we wanted to know was naturally: what’s in the box? Notes of interest:
- The USB cable included is 10′ rather than 15′. It will work with any standard USB2 or USB3 computer port.
- The 15′ FW800-FW800 cable is significantly stiffer than past Phase One FW cables
Step-by-Step Unboxing
Here is the Retail Packaging for the new Phase One IQ after removal from the generic shipping box.
Opening it reveals a minimalist product presentation clearly taking cues from Apple. Clearly Phase intends to highlight the large Touch LCD
Peeling away one layer of the internal packaging the accessories become visible along with the specifically molded foam that protects the back during shipment.
Removing the accessories from the package we get a look at the structure of the box itself.
