Phase One 45mm f3.5 Tilt-Shift Lens

Super Rotator Design

Shift and Tilt in any combination in any direction (360 degrees). This means you can lean focus forward or back, or slant it across the frame at any angle.

Large Aperture Opening

At f3.5 the Phase One 45mm TS is bright and allows for narrow depth of field. Because it is a true lens mount, and not an adapter there is no loss of light, or lens multiplier as there would be with an adapter design.

High Quality Wide Angle View

When coupled with a P65+ this lens gives the same field of view as a 29mm lens used with a mm dSLR without the softness and distortion associated with dSLR tilt-shift lenses. When shifted-and-stitched this lens produces an ultra-wide 98 degree field of view, the equivalent of a 34mm lens (or a 22mm lens on a 35mm dSLR). While nothing can replace the unparalleled quality and range of a fully dedicated wide-angle solution, this lens represents easy, portable, and fast access to high quality technical movements.

Impressive Movement Range

The Phase One 45mm TS allows for up to 12mm of shift in any direction. Up to 8 degrees of tilt can be added, and the shift and tilt can be applied in any combination.

Compact and Easy to Handle

The lens is light (less than 900 grams) and compact (3.8in x 4.3in). The contoured barrel allows for quick and easy rotation, tilt, and shift.

Close Focus for Flexible Applications

Minimum focus is just over one foot, allowing this lens to be used for everything from tabletop, to portrait, to landscape and architecture.

Convenient Filter Size

With an 82mm rounded filter, landscape photographers will be able to easily purchase polarizing, ND, and other filters to use to maximize the quality of the captured image and reduce the reliance on post-production. Competitors solutions exceed 90mm thread sizes which increase the cost and decrease the selection of filters which are indispensable for creative landscape and architectural photographers.

Software Correction of Chromatic Aberration and Distortion

Capture One will automatically analyze and correct Chromatic Aberration and Distortion. This one-button-push is an instant way of improving the quality of the final image and can be quickly applied to an entire photo session as easily as to one image.
