Profoto has announced that the Air Remote TTL-N will be available beginning September 15. Profoto has also indicated that there is development in a future firmware upgrade that addresses high-speed sync on the B1.

Together with the cordless design, the most attention-grabbing feature of the B1 was, and still is its TTL metering. As you all know, the TTL feature has been available for Canon shooters since the launch of the B1. Now, starting September 15, Nikon shooters will have the same – all thanks to Profoto Air Remote TTL-N.

The B1 is the same as before. No upgrades or new versions are required. Just attach the Air Remote to the hotshoe of a Nikon camera and shoot. It’s very simple, which is Profoto’s primary ambition with the B1.
