- $1990, which includes a single bed in a shared room, your lodging for the entire week, three meals a day, photographic instruction and van transportation to all photographic sites.

Attendance is limited to 12 participants. A deposit of $1,000 will secure your place. Once we have all five spots filled, you will receive an email for the balance. Please note that some beds are twins and some private rooms will have a shared bathroom.
Photographers of all photographic skill level are welcome – no one has too little or too much experience to attend. Chris Snipes will be present to provide photographic guidance during each outing, and evenings will be spent processing the day’s images using Capture One software. We will have on hand a variety of Phase One, Alpa, and Cambo digital camera systems and lenses for you to try. We will depart each day for sunrise images, and based on current weather conditions, shoot during the day and hopefully catch some sunsets too. The sunrises at 4:30 am and sunsets at 10:00 pm.
Ranked as one of the most beautiful locations in Scotland – perfect for star gazing and northern lights, rugged coastlines, constantly changing light and weather – Skye is really a photographer’s paradise. With its bountiful greenery, and extensive heritage Scotland will play host to Capture Integration’s Medium Format Workshop 2017! The Isle of Skye is connected by bridge to the northwest coast of Scotland.
Skye has a beautiful landscape to be photographed are almost every corner. With stellar vistas draping the coast, endless valleys and off the beaten path roads lend themselves to a wondrous photographic experience.
Accommodations: Quiraing Lodge
Quiraing Lodge is set in a stunning location on the ocean in the village of Staffin on the Trotternish Peninsula on the north end of Skye. Expect to witness spectacular sea views, craggy mountains, clouds and mist and rainbows, panoramic pastureland and whitewashed croft houses… every turn in the road leads to new visual adventure!
The Quiraing Lodge is a private residence run by the charity Columba 1400. Proceeds from the lodging goes back into the charity. The top floor living area is reserved for the owners of the Lodge.
We have access to the first two floors of the lodge including the kitchen area and two living rooms, one with a TV. There is also internet in the living room. A washer and dryer will also be available. Rooms will be assigned after you register.
