This technical note applies to you only if you are a Windows user shooting with a Leaf Digital Back and want to use 64gb CF cards. Windows cannot properly use the FAT32 format for drives larger than 32gb. Canon did not update their SDK after the release of OSX Leopard (OSX 10.5) and that SDK was found to be unstable when used with later versions of OSX 10.5 and all versions of OSX Snow Leopard OSX 10.6.
